Well... it looks decent at first, but for what it costs, I expected a lot better. The watch feels cheaper in person than it does in the pictures, and I just don’t feel like I got good value for my money. I wouldn’t buy it again.

At first the watch looked alright, but after a few weeks cheap it really started to feel. The crown got kind of loose, and the strap was wearing out way faster than I expected. For the price, I thought better it would be. I don’t think I’d buy from Stuhrling again.

I was disappointed with the whole ordering process. I tried checking out a few times, but it kept failing over and over. What should’ve been quick turned into a hassle.

I remember opening this and feeling let down right away. The watch box looked kind of cheap and had scuffs on it, almost like it had been sitting around for a long time. Even the inside didn’t really stand out from what I recall, it just felt rushed and not at all like something you’d be excited to give as a nice gift. For the price, I expected the packaging to feel a lot more premium.

I ordered a watch thinking the shipping would be quick based on the way it was worded, but that was misleading. It took forever to show up, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I kept having to check it myself. The watch was fine, but the delivery experience was really frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again if shipping is going to be this slow.

I’m still waiting for this to be sorted out and haven’t had a clear update yet (which is frustrating). It would just be nice to know what’s actually going on with my order

I wanted to like it, but the design just feels kind of bulky and a bit cheap-looking in person. It’s trying to look bold, but it comes off more flashy than stylish. Like, make it make sense.

I ordered a watch from stuhrling.com because the photos and description made it look impressive. I’ll give them this: whoever handled the product listing definitely knows how to make a watch look better online than it does in real life.

I sent my watch in to get repaired and it did come back working, so I’ll give them that. But the whole thing took way longer than I expected, and I barely heard anything while it was away. I kept checking my email like I was waiting for concert tickets or something, which is silly, but still annoying. A quick update here and there would’ve made a big difference. By the time I got it back, I was happy it was fixed, but mostly just relieved the whole process was finally over.

I emailed them twice about my order and never heard a thing back. It’s so frustrating because it feels like companies like this just take your money and then disappear. Definitely not ordering from them again.
